When you purchase your ticket online, you guarantee access to Montañas del Fuego on your chosen date, as long as you arrive at the ticket office before 1:00 PM. Please note that an advance purchase does not guarantee immediate access, as there may still be wait times at both the entrance and during your visit.

IMPORTANT

Before you arrive, please download your ticket or QR code to your mobile device. Mobile coverage in the area may be limited. Have it ready to present at the ticket office.

The ticket is only valid for the selected date and cannot be changed or refunded.

Your visit includes:

• The Volcanoes Route: Take a journey on the official park bus (guagua). Starting from Islote del Hilario, you'll travel through a lunar landscape of solidified lava fields, volcanic cones, and craters while learning about the island's geological history. The route takes approximately 35 minutes.
• Geothermal Demonstrations: Witness geothermal demonstrations at Islote del Hilario that harness the heat from beneath the ground, such as the steam geyser or cooking food with the earth's heat.

Services at Islote del Hilario:

• Free parking for cars and bicycles.
• Bar-cafeteria and El Diablo restaurant, where you can enjoy local cuisine and incredible views.
• Souvenir shop with local products and crafts.
• Free Wi-Fi connection.

Rules and Regulations for Your Visit

To ensure a safe and respectful experience, please be aware of the following rules during your visit:

• Parking Lot Access (Islote del Hilario): For the conservation of the National Park, it is strictly forbidden to get out of your vehicle from the entrance (El Taro) until you reach the parking lot at Islote del Hilario.
• Geothermal Safety: The ground in some areas can be extremely hot due to geothermal heat. For your safety, do not leave the marked visitor areas and always follow staff instructions.
• Bus Tour (guagua): During the Volcanoes Route, you are not allowed to get off the bus for safety and National Park conservation reasons.
• Demonstrations: The geothermal demonstrations require attention and following instructions to avoid risks.
• Visiting with Pets: Pets are not allowed, with the exception of assistance dogs as per Law 3/2017 of April 26, concerning assistance dogs for people with disabilities in the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands.

Accreditation for Reduced-Rate Tickets

• Individuals with Disabilities: You must present current documentation certifying the degree of disability, along with personal identification.
• Residents of the Canary Islands and Lanzarote:
  • A physical DNI/NIE or passport/ID card is required for EU/Schengen citizens.
  • If the official document does not have a photo, another official physical document must be presented to verify identity.
  • If your address is not on your ID, a valid certificate of residency (certificado de empadronamiento) must be presented.
  • For minors under 14, a residency certificate must be presented if they do not have a DNI.

Without Valid Documentation: If you cannot show the required physical documentation, your ticket will be invalidated without a refund, and a general admission ticket must be purchased.
