• Single use ticket.
• It is not necessary to print the ticket. Show the QR code. of the ticket from your device, at the Ticket office.
• No prior reservation to visit a Tourist center is required.
• Access for pets is not allowed except for assistance dogs in the terms reflected by Law 3/2017, of April 26, on assistance dogs for people with disabilities in the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands

Discounts are exclusively applied to the individual visit entry of each center (not on other types of tickets or services) and are not cumulative.

• People with Functional Diversity: €5.60 (Exclusively available for purchase at the center's ticket office)*

* To access this rate, it is necessary to physically present valid documentation certifying the degree of functional diversity, along with the corresponding personal documentation.

• Accreditation of Identity and Residence:

Required Documentation: DNI/NIE for residents; passport or identity document for citizens of the EU/Schengen.
Photoless Supplement: If the official document does not include a photo, present an additional document to verify identity.
Residence Accreditation: Present a certificate of registration if the address does not appear on the identity document.
Minors under 14 years: Certificate of registration necessary if they do not have a DNI.
Without Valid Documentation: Entry will be invalidated without refund. General admission ticket purchase will be required.
