• Direct Access with Your Online Ticket
• Ticket valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
• Printing the ticket is not necessary. You can show the QR code from your device at the ticket counter of the visited center.
• Access without prior reservation of day and time. Single-use ticket.
• Pets are not allowed except for assistance dogs as outlined by Law 3/2017, of April 26, on assistance dogs for people with disabilities in the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands.

Reduced rates

Discounts are exclusively applied to the individual visit entry of each center (not on other types of tickets or services) and are not cumulative.

• People with Functional Diversity: €10.50 (Exclusively available for purchase at the center's ticket office)*

*To access this rate, it is necessary to physically present valid documentation certifying the degree of functional diversity, along with the corresponding personal documentation.

• Identity and Residence Accreditation:

Required Documentation:DNI/NIE for residents: passport or identity document for EU/Schengen citizens.

Photoless Supplement: If the official document does not include a photo, present an additional document to verify identity.

Residence Accreditation: Present a certificate of registration if the residence address is not on the identity document.

Children under 14 years old: A certificate of registration is necessary if they do not have a DNI.

Without Valid Documentation: Entry will be invalidated without a refund. A general admission ticket will be required for entry.
