Important Information

• Ticket valid for 3 months from date of issue.
• Single use ticket.
• It is not necessary to print the ticket. Show the QR code. of the ticket from your device, at the Ticket office.
• No prior reservation to visit a Tourist center is required.
• Access for pets is not allowed except for assistance dogs in the terms reflected by Law 3/2017, of April 26, on assistance dogs for people with disabilities in the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands.

Particularities of the center

• Due to the historic design of the Castillo de San José, there are stairs and uneven surfaces that may pose an additional risk.
• It is important to keep a safe distance from the artworks and avoid using flash to protect the exhibits.

Reduced rates (required documentation at the ticket office):

• People with disabilities: You must present your identity document and a valid official certificate confirming your degree of disability. If you fail to provide the required documentation, the reduced-rate ticket will be cancelled without refund, and you will need to purchase a full-price ticket.
• Residents of the Canary Islands or Lanzarote: You must present your physical ID card, NIE or passport. If your document does not include a photograph, you must also present another official photo ID. If your address does not appear on your ID card, you must provide a valid certificate of residence as proof of your address.
• Children under 13 without an ID card: A valid certificate of residence is required.

Failure to provide valid documentation: The reduced-rate ticket will be cancelled without refund, and you will be required to purchase a full-price ticket.
