Tickets to Cueva de los Verdes can only be purchased online.

Due to the sensitivity of the environment and limited parking, only customers with tickets in advance will be allowed access.

Explore the Cueva de los Verdes

Embark on a journey to the interior of the Earth. Enjoy an extraordinary journey through a kilometer of volcanic passages, part of a six-kilometer tunnel created by lava flows from the Corona volcano. Due to the cave's natural conditions, it maintains a temperature of around 20 degrees and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Highlights: The volcanic essence of the cave can be felt in every corner: from walking through ancient lava channels to admiring stalactites of magma and salt deposits. These formations, along with the unique colors decorating the path, make the visit a visually striking experience.

Visit Information 

• Ticket Validity: Single use, for the selected day and time.

• No need to print your ticket; simply show the QR code from your device.

• Pets are not allowed, except for assistance dogs in accordance with Law 3/2017, of April 26, for assistance dogs for people with disabilities in the Canary Islands. 

• You must arrive at the cave 15 minutes before your entry time. If you arrive late, you will lose your right to enter. 

• Free parking is available exclusively for ticket holders.

Center Particularities 

• Low ceilings and rock formations pose a risk for people taller than 1.80 meters.

• The cave is a closed, underground space, so those suffering from claustrophobia should assess if it is suitable for them.

• It features uneven paths, stairs, and narrow spaces, so people with mobility issues or any other physical limitations should consider whether participating in the visit is appropriate for them.

• There are specific restrictions on where photography is allowed. Please follow the instructions from our staff.

• Restrooms: Restrooms are located outside, in the parking area.
• Note on bar-cafeteria: The center does not have bar-cafeteria services.

Reduced Rate Accreditation

• People with disabilities: You must present current documentation certifying the degree of disability, along with corresponding personal documentation.
• Residents in the Canary Islands and Lanzarote: Required documentation:
  • Physical DNI/NIE for residents.
  • Passport or identity document in physical format for EU/Schengen citizens.
  • Complement without photo: If the official document does not include a photo, present an additional official document in physical format to verify identity.
  • Proof of residence: Present a current certificate of residence if the address does not appear on the identity document.
  • Children under 14 years: A residence certificate is required if they do not have a DNI.
  • Without valid documentation: The ticket will be invalidated without a refund, and a general ticket purchase will be required.
