Tickets to Cueva de los Verdes can only be purchased online.

Due to the sensitivity of the environment and limited parking, only customers with tickets in advance will be allowed access.

Explore the Cueva de los Verdes

Embark on a journey to the center of the earth. Enjoy an extraordinary passage through a kilometer of volcanic tunnels, part of a six-kilometer tunnel created by the lava flows from the Corona volcano. Due to the natural conditions of the cave, it maintains a temperature of around 20 degrees Celsius and is not equipped for people with reduced mobility.

Highlighted features: The volcanic essence of the cave is felt in every corner: from traversing ancient lava channels to admiring magma stalactites and salt deposits. These formations, along with the unique colors that adorn the path, make the visit a visually striking experience.

Event Information: During your tour, you will pass through the Cueva de los Verdes Auditorium, which offers performances several times a year; for more information, check our event calendar.

Ticket Validity: Single-use ticket valid only for the purchased date and time.

No need to print the ticket: You can display the QR code from your mobile device.

Access Policy: Pets are not allowed, except for assistance dogs in accordance with Law 3/2017 of April 26 on assistance dogs for people with disabilities in the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands.

Accessibility: The cave visit is not dangerous, but it is not recommended for people with severe mobility issues, heart conditions, or claustrophobia.

Visiting process:

- Timed Entry:15 minutes before the entry time indicated on your ticket. Please note that if you do not arrive on time, you will lose your right to enter.

- Parking for vehicles and bicycles is available exclusively for ticket holders.

Services:

• Restrooms: Restrooms are located outside, in the parking area.
• Note on bar-cafeteria: The center does not have bar-cafeteria services.

Reduced Rate Accreditation

• People with disabilities: You must present current documentation certifying the degree of disability, along with corresponding personal documentation.
• Residents in the Canary Islands and Lanzarote: Required documentation:
  • Physical DNI/NIE for residents.
  • Passport or identity document in physical format for EU/Schengen citizens.
  • Complement without photo: If the official document does not include a photo, present an additional official document in physical format to verify identity.
  • Proof of residence: Present a current certificate of residence if the address does not appear on the identity document.
  • Children under 14 years: A residence certificate is required if they do not have a DNI.
  • Without valid documentation: The ticket will be invalidated without a refund, and a general ticket purchase will be required.
