• No prior reservation is necessary.
• Access to the centers is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that online entry does NOT give priority access.
• If you purchase a ticket with a discount, make sure to bring the necessary documentation that certifies it to the box office of the center you are visiting. This documentation will be required to verify your discount.

Reduced rates:

Reduced rate tickets are available at the ticket offices of all the centers upon presentation of the corresponding accreditation. The discounts only apply to the individual visit ticket of each center, and they cannot be accumulated with other discounts or services (not on vouchers, other types of tickets or services) .
