Important information to consider:

• No prior reservation of the day and time of the center to visit is required.
• Access to the centers is on a first-come, first-served basis and in a single queue. Online entry does NOT give priority access.
• If you purchase a ticket with a discount, make sure to bring the necessary documentation that certifies it to the box office of the center you are visiting. This documentation will be required to verify your discount.

Reduced rates:

Reduced rate tickets are sold exclusively at the ticket offices of all the centers upon presentation of the corresponding accreditation. Discounts are applied exclusively on the individual visit ticket of each center (not on vouchers, other types of tickets or services) and cannot be accumulated.
